Shock cartridges are ship from our factory direct and takes approximately 3-5 days to process (subject to inventory availability) then ship/transit with DHL using 2-day air to ensure item get to you as soon as possible. However if the shocks needs to be produced/made, it may take up to 10 business days to manufactured prior to being then ship. All packages are signature required.
