Remove intake restriction from factory Dodge intake elbow. Increases size of inlet from 1.5" to 3" with our high quality aftermarket pipe. Helps improve performance and torque for all 94-98 Dodge Ram Cummins 5.9L 12V Diesel. Lowers EGTs between 200-300° F.
